Walter Fletcher

Walter Fletcher is the founder of DUO Speed & Agility, a professional athlete, coach, and mentor with more than six years of experience developing youth, high school, college, and professional athletes.
After starting as a college walk on, he became PSAC West Offensive Player of the Year in 2018, earned AP All American honors, set various records, received a Division I opportunity as a graduate transfer, and went on to play five seasons in the CFL.
Walter also holds a master’s degree in Athletic Coaching Education, which has helped shape the way he teaches, communicates, and builds training environments. His coaching combines professional playing experience, education, and a genuine passion for helping athletes grow with confidence, discipline, and purpose.
Through DUO, his goal is to give athletes the support needed to develop both on and off the field.
