DJ started training with Coach Fletch in 2021 after coming off an injury heading into his 9U season. Due to the injury, his confidence was low, and he needed to work on his speed and agility. Coach Fletch's mentorship restored DJ's confidence and, with his drills & coaching techniques, his speed and agility greatly improved, so much so that DJ earned a starting spot on offense and defense on a competitive championship team for the last 3 seasons.

I enjoyed working with Coach Fletch a lot. He helped me with all things from agility to being explosive and building my speed. The things he taught me, I was able to see translate into my play. His mentorship gave me a chance to play varsity my sophomore year of high school and start in some high pressure games and moments.

My experience has been great with Coach Fletch. I started training with him while I was in 6th grade a little after the lockdown. Although I kept training with him, I lost passion for the sport of football. Coach Fletch helped me understand and regain passion for the sport I love and now performing great in the 9th grade.

I really enjoyed my time working with Coach Fletch. Being able to have someone I can relate to and understand where I come from as a person on and off the field! Training allowed me to elevate my game in different ways that I haven’t before.

Training with Walt and DUO Speed helped me become a better player to prepare me for my sophomore season by making me more elusive than my opponents. Also, training helped me improve my sideline to sideline movement at the safety position.
