All training is tailored to the athletes position needs. Drills are designed to mimic the movement and function of the athletes position. We have worked with every position on the offensive and defensive side of the ball. Athletes will be given game-like scenarios as well as given the tools to increase their IQ on the field of play.
Nutritional guidance
We understand the lifestyles and challenges of an athlete. Nutrition plays a major role of the success of an athletes performance. Macronutrients, protein and fats are some of the core principles that we teach. Athletes will have an understanding of the adjustments needed to ensure the proper diet to excel and recover in their sport.
