M&D Lacrosse 2029s
This session focused on building strong movement foundations that translate directly to lacrosse performance. We emphasized vertical snap downs to reinforce posture, balance, and a stable athletic base. From there, athletes progressed into lateral shuffles flowing into controlled deceleration, learning how to absorb force, slow down efficiently, and reaccelerate with intent.
Zingos Lacrosse
A pleasure to work with one of the best lacrosse programs in the State of Maryland, Zingos. We delivered a structured speed, footwork, and agility training series designed to complement their on field development. Our focus was on improving first step explosiveness and lateral quickness, all key elements for success in lacrosse.

Fresh off a championship season, Columbia 9U National came ready to work and hungry to earn another one. We focused on acceleration, deceleration, and game speed change of direction drills to sharpen movement and keep the standard high to build into their upcoming season.

Had the opportunity to work with the Baltimore Celtic 2013 Girls soccer team in a high energy session structured around their age, soccer, and developmental goals. We focused on short bursts of acceleration, low-level plyometrics, and lateral transitions that mirror real in game movement, finishing with relay style competitions to build focus, effort, and teamwork under pressure.
