Our Program

D.U.O. Speed & Agility specializes in guiding individuals of all ages and skill levels. Athletes will not only be prepared physically but mentally for their respective sport. Our training is designed to meet you where you are and propel you towards your athletic best! We focus on refining techniques, optimizing footwork and improving an athletes overall performance.

Private

Our one-on-one private training program is meticulously crafted for athletes in every sport! Each session is specialized for the individuals sport. Personalized attention comes with undivided focus towards the athletes goals and abilities!

Semi-Private

In our semi-private training program, we accommodate a minimum of two with a maximum of four athletes per session. Our primary goal is to guarantee that every athlete benefits from ample repetitions and personalized coaching throughout training.

Group

Group training involves six or more athletes in a session. Training caters exercises and drills based on the needs of all athletes. This group may consist of individuals of the same sport, various ages and skill levels. Our goal is to create an atmosphere of athlete bonding and competition amongst one another.

Team Training

Elevate your team’s performance through our exclusive Speed and Agility Team Training Program! Over the years, we’ve demonstrated our success by collaborating with esteemed local teams, including Zingos Lacrosse, Baltimore Celtic Club and the Columbia Ravens. In our crafted training sessions, we go beyond merely enhancing individual skills; we cultivate a unified and dynamic team environment that caters to various skill levels and age groups, ensuring a comprehensive and impactful development experience for your entire team!
